Joab products are hand-made using traditional methods. Due to this, there may be imperfections, and variations should be expected from shoe to shoe.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order we will be happy to offer an exchange, refund or replacement on all item(s) returned to us within 14 days of the date of receipt of goods assuming they are in their original undamaged, un-stretched and unused condition. We cannot accept Joab shoes which have been “stretched out” or worn outside. If you’ve worn your shoes around the house for a few hours and they have moulded to your feet, we cannot accept them back as we are unable to restock them. We are very reasonable in our decisions, but absolute discretion and the final decision remains with us.
If you must return your Joab shoes, you will need to inform us of your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for returning the item. We will email you within 3 working days to acknowledge the return request and inform you of the procedure for returns.
We endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing card. We regret that we cannot refund the original cost of postage.
